At 3:03pm, Hyperproof began experience problems due to an out-of-memory condition in one of our services. The problem was fixed by restarting the affected service, and Hyperproof was healthy again by 3:18pm for a total downtime of 15 minutes. We have captured log files which our engineers will use to identify the root cause of the problem and ensure that it doesn't recur.
