Three days ago we had a 15 minute unplanned outage due to an out-of-memory condition on one of our services. Today at 11:19am this problem recurred. As before, the problem was fixed by a restart of the service and Hyperproof was healthy again by 11:37am for a total downtime of 18 minutes. Our engineers are currently investigating. Expect an update next week with a fix for the problem.
